2020年8月10日上午8時(shí)，隨著一陣振奮人心的鳴笛聲，STI AMBER輪在華潤(rùn)大東船廠完成了洗滌塔加裝工程，順利離廠。這標(biāo)志著中國(guó)電建集團(tuán)上海能源裝備有限公司（簡(jiǎn)稱“上海能源裝備”）與Pacific Green Technologies（簡(jiǎn)稱“PGT）合作的第100套船用洗滌塔系統(tǒng)成功交付。4年以來(lái)，上海能源裝備洗滌塔業(yè)績(jī)涵蓋了集裝箱、散貨、油輪三大主流船型、40多個(gè)系列，從1.4萬(wàn)噸化學(xué)品到14000TEU集裝箱，圓滿實(shí)現(xiàn)確保品牌強(qiáng)勢(shì)地位的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。

自2016年10月簽訂第一個(gè)合同，2017年7月成功交付國(guó)內(nèi)首臺(tái)套船用洗滌塔，上海能源裝備/PGT洗滌塔業(yè)務(wù)已成功交付100臺(tái)套，這些成果離不開船東的支持、船廠的配合和各方的通力合作。在全球脫硫市場(chǎng)大幅回落、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈、接單難和交付難現(xiàn)象更為突出的大背景下，上海能源裝備在實(shí)現(xiàn)2019年交付45套設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上，逆勢(shì)而行，優(yōu)化各方資源配置，加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量管控，完善系泊試驗(yàn)和海上試驗(yàn)流程，有效保障了洗滌塔的高質(zhì)量交付，得到客戶的一致好評(píng)。

Pacific Green Technologies celebrates installation of 100th marine gas scrubber

At 8:00am on August 10, 2020, STI AMBER, an oil and chemical tanker, cruised smoothly out of the Huarun Dadong Dockyard in Shanghai, China, marking the 100th successful installation of a Pacific Green Technologies (PGTK) marine gas scrubber system.

The installation was assisted by PGT’s Chinese partner, PowerChina. The two environmental technology giants first agreed to work together in 2016 and, since then, have installed 100 scrubber systems.

The scrubbers have been installed on more than 40 series of ship types, including containers, bulk carriers and oil tankers.

PGTK’s joint venture with PowerCh ina, one of the world’s largest engineering procurement construction companies with annual revenues of around $60 billion, combines elite technical expertise with raw production capacity, and offers shipowners opportunities that simply aren’t possible when working with smaller operators.

Of course, the global scrubber market has fallen sharply recently due to the coronavirus. Competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and it is more difficult to win orders.

However, by delivering 45 scrubber installations in 2019, PGTK/PowerChina have scaled resources to deliver an industry leading , guaranteed the high-quality delivery of scrubbers and earnt a hard-won reputation among customers for excellent resource allocation, strong quality control, and ever-improving test and sea trial processes.

The PGTK ENVI-Marine scrubber system is not only smaller, more efficient, cheaper to install and costs around 20% less to run than the competitions’ product but it delivers marine scrubbing efficiency equivalent to an astonishing 0.0047% sulphur fuel.

And each iteration is aimed to make the device more scalable and easier to build, while constantly improving the scrubbing efficiency - this is technology that will meet emissions targets for many years to come.
